Please join us for Brunch at Mademoiselle Paris in the Peninsula Hotel, followed by the Gulfport Community Players production of The 39 Steps at the Catherine Hickman Theater. Starring our very own Stefanie Gilbert, The 39 Steps is a fast‑paced comedic spy thriller in which Richard Hannay, an ordinary man, becomes entangled in a dangerous espionage plot after a mysterious woman is murdered in his apartment. Forced to flee across Scotland to clear his name, Hannay encounters spies, police, and unlikely allies while trying to stop a secret organization called “The 39 Steps” from smuggling military secrets out of Britain. The play is performed by just four actors who portray more than 100 characters, giving the show its signature mix of Hitchcock-style suspense and Monty Python‑like humor. So please come out and join us as we support Stefanie and our community. It's going to be a lovely afternoon in our quaint Gulfport.
